We are recent retirees who moved to beautiful Myrtle Beach a couple of years ago. Bob was a chiropractor, and Anne was a social worker. Now, we’re channeling our energy into sharing the joys of beach life with others.
For the past ten years, we’ve successfully managed a handful of rental properties we own and have loved playing the role of hosts. Over the last couple of years, our interests have evolved into a slightly larger property management business, and we’re happy to offer not only our own condos for rent but also those of some of our friends. We take great pride in ensuring all of our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining high standards in everything we do.
Bob can often be found honing his golf skills on one of the many local courses. Anne takes great pride in her gardening and houseplants. Together, we enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer - from strolling along the beach and exploring nature to visiting local restaurants and entertainment venues, always on the lookout for hidden gems to share with our guests.

Living in upstate New York with my amazing young daughter, I work full-time as a remote recruiter, and I’m excited to also be part of the family business, Easy Peasy Rentals, LLC. There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping others create memorable experiences.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me spending quality time with my family, diving into online games with friends, or experimenting in the kitchen to cook something special for others. I have made a career out of helping people over the years, from my work in nursing to funeral service, and I am excited to now assist others in finding their dream vacation. I hail from ‘sunny’ Buffalo, NY, where I work full-time as a licensed funeral director, but I’ve found a special connection to Myrtle Beach, an area I enjoy greatly.
While my work life keeps me busy, I also love board game nights with friends, antiquing in local shops with my daughter, and spending my evenings immersed in art projects. As an avid traveler, I understand how stressful vacations can be, and I love that my role at Easy Peasy Rentals, LLC allows me to help take some of that stress away, so the focus can be where it really counts - making happy memories that will last a lifetime.

Don’t worry, I don’t bite! I grew up along the Myrtle Beach coast with a great group of friends and love seeing people enjoy the natural wonder that is the ocean ecosystem. I’ve since moved closer to the land and recently joined the Easy Peasy Rentals, LLC team as the entertainment manager. Being able to travel the 60-mile length of the Grand Strand area with ease, I’ve found all the best places to visit and enjoy.
